The Leadership Network aims to create opportunities for current and aspiring leaders, working in the education and training sector, to develop professional relationships through which to share their expertise and experiences of leadership in education and training. It enables leaders to build relationships in a variety of ways and to support each other's professional and organisational development in an increasingly sector-led, self-improving system.
What is the Network and why get involved?

How does it work?
Join the Leadership Network by creating a profile including information about your professional role and expertise, then, if you wish, search for peers whose skills and experience will support you in developing your leadership practice. Establish a connection and then develop a relationship as best suits your needs this may be through mentoring, work shadowing or a learning visit.
